Ever since Leisia Pahuta took over the management of my rental property, years ago, she has been absolutely phenomenal! I don't live close to St Marys so I can't get there much, but I haven't had to because Leisia has always discussed every matter with me and essentially advised and taken care of my property as if it was her own! He has a very positive can do attitude which is encapsulated by a friendly and approachable demeanor. Angelo has extensive property knowledge and secured a buyer within 5 days after listing our property!! Bearing in mind that we sold during covid- 19, Angelo adapted his sales approach with the restrictions imposed and used techniques such as private inspections and hand sanitizers ensuring safety and comfort of prospective buyers. Selling was a daunting process and Angelo made it effortless. We were included in every step of the process including the proofing of the advertisement and even the selection of photos for property.
