Dear Terry I just want to let you know the outstanding level of service that Lisa Portelli has been providing us since taking on the management of our property at xx Wangaroa, Lethbridge Park. We have xx rental properties and Lisa stands head and shoulders above all our other property managers in terms of service. In the time that she has been the property manager for xx Wangaroa she’s had a lot to deal with – we’ve had the granny flat being built on the property and a relative serious sewerage issue arose related to the house. Lisa is always responsive and completely reliable – nothing ever slips through the cracks with Lisa! Perhaps what we’ve come to appreciate the most is that Lisa is proactive and clearly has our best interests at heart.
