It was not a easy sale. He had to work hard to get the sale due to the building. He was very informative as to people making offers and who where time wasters keeping me informed every step of the way. He had a very positive attitude and came up with different ideas to help get the sale.
Great service and great delivery from beginning to end! Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing Real Estate, we dealt with Jotika and she is so amazing and understanding. She is quick at responding and resolving issues that arise. I would definitely recommend Professionals Real Estate and Jotika.
Extremely pleased with Rob - his service, professionalism, communication and his knowledge and advice. Got a good vibe when we first met and that continued throughout the fast selling process. Rob was spot on with his market knowledge and as a result offers came through from the first open inspection. His office staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
I had a very easy experience with the team at Professionals St Marys. I felt that I was assisted and backed up all the way in selling my house and with good advice from Jessica.
Jessica has been amazing to work with. She is easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to help you out. She is also knowledgeable and willing to give advice. She has made the whole buying process comfortable and seamless
This is the second property that Terry Hansen Real Estate and Terry Hansen have sold for me. When it was decided that the property was to be sold there was no decision to be made as to who to contact to handle the management and sale. Terry is the absolute professional in all areas of the listing through to the sale and his able staff are all behind him ensuring that the project is completed in every way. Honest and experienced advice is always there when asked for and left no doubt your interests were at the forefront always.
I have had my investment property for over 20 years now and I would have to say that this would have to be the best property management team I have encountered since I have had the property. For many years The Professional St Marys property management team have been taking care of my property, but last year when my property had some storm damage, Jody Ryan was EXCEPTIONAL. Jody took care of everything, liaising with the insurance company, trades people and the tenant. I basically didn’t have to do a thing. Jody continues to do a great job looking after the property and I absolutely would have no hesitation to recommend Jody to look after your property and also the property management team when Jody is on days off and/or on leave. Thanks for everything Jody and of course the rest of the team. You guys truly are Professionals.
