Thankyou to my new Property Manager Rosie Dunn at the St Marys Professionals Real Estate. Rosie really is a Breath of fresh Air ! Definitely a happy Client !
I have been investing in property for around 14 years now and have a total of 16 investment properties with 6 of them being in Western Sydney and managed by Rosie Dunn from the Professionals, St Marys. Over the years I have seen many Property Managers come and go across my portfolio. I treat my investment properties as a business and expect my Property Managers to provide an excellent service, not only with tenant selection and management, but also in maximising my yield. I have found Rosie to be honest and reliable. She treats the tenants with dignity and respect while at the same time keeps on top of them and actively reducing arrears. I have no hesitation in recommending Rosie Dunn.
Terry, Please allow me to thank you for being so professional, proactive and successful in selling this property. Thank you. Ray Kheir
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Leon, Yvonne and the Professionals team. Always polite and friendly, conducting themselves in a very professional manner and never 'pushy' or forceful. What I expected to be a very difficult time for me (selling my home) was made so much easier by these wonderful people. Thank you so much to them.

My son and I are more than happy with the way they presented our home. This was evident by the large number of inquiries. We would recommend PROFESSIONALS REAL ESTATE services to anyone requiring a real estate agent. We want to thank Yvonne & Leon and all the team members. They have done a great job for us.
