Terry Hansen is a magnificent agent, overall satisfaction five stars!
Rosie Dunn has been managing our properties for well over a few years now. Her dedication, honesty and attention to detail has been impeccable. She has always gone above and beyond with every request and is quick to respond to any call of action from myself or the tenant. Inspection reports are thorough and on time and we like the fact that Rosie will pick up on the smallest damage or change to the bigger ones in the property. We are very happy with how Rosie and her team at the St Marys office has been handling and maintaining the leases.
Dealing with you and your team is excellent and flawless experience. I find you and Tamara taking ownership of the work and going above and beyond to resolve the issues. I always suggest my friend and families for any property management or sales to your team.
Our home is sold!! Thank you all for making life so easy in the way you sold Mum's house. Terry you and your staff are "The Best" so caring and considerate to "The Little" but big family. Thanks again. Bob, Judy (Little) and "All the other Littles".
A big thank you especially to Samantha Drury for looking after my unit so well for so many years. From providing an exceptional customer service to organising quotes and tradesman, Samantha has made my investment journey hassle free. I highly recommend Professionals St Marys team.
We were very pleased with your professional team, always very helpful. We will recommend your agency to our friends and to any one else. You are excellent in your profession and special thanks to Leon and Rob. Thank you and all the best.
