Wonderful Man.....Terry listen and understand your worries, especially when you are first time selling your property. Terry comforting advice and put your worries at rest through his experience. So leave everything to Terry, he will sell it !!!!!!! Thank you.
The results were extraudinarily fast. I also enjoyed all dealings with Terry Hansen and Charne Douglass. They always treated myself more as a valued friend rather than a commercial interest.
Thank you for your great result, its a pleasure to do business with you
I was extremely happy with the amount of research that was done to help me out with the sale of my house. Terry and Brad are very helpful with any question I had and any help I needed. Thank you so very much
Hi Mitchell, Just wanted to say a massive thank you! We have been renting for around 13 years & have dealt with many property managers along the way. We were absolutely privileged to have you as our property manager for the past few years. You were always very professional in your approach to any situation that we may have had & were very quick to chase it up & always more than happy to answer any questions we may have had regarding our tenancy. As you know just recently our home was flooded during storms & was classed 'uninhabitable' you went absolutely above & beyond for our family to help find us new suitable accommodation & for that we can't thank you & also Rosie enough we are so very thankful for all you guys have done for us. We are saddened to leave The Professionals St Marys, it's been an absolute pleasure.
Professionals St Marys took over keys and files yesterday for my house & granny flat. The Property Manager, Rosie Dunn has been extremely professional, thorough and highly communicative. At this point I would thoroughly recommend this outfit. She has made the transition flawless with little work for myself.
I selected Leon because he presented well and knew the market. My property also had tenants and he was very helpful and didn't put them out at all. Leon achieved well above my expectations and very quickly! Highly recommend.
I was very happy dealing with Terry Hansen and Bradley Hansen, they are willing to assist with any questions.
