We have know Rob for a number of years. We find Rob to be a straight forward style of guy who tells it how it is (within reason). That's what we like. He uses common sense and logic, unusual in this day and age. There is no bull about him, what you see is what you get. That is what we like. Rob always had a smile and was ready to assist. He was a great go between and always ready with an idea as to what to do in a house. We were more than happy with Rob and his performance was outstanding.
