Malama Psarianos has managed our rental property since March 2014 and we are very pleased with the management of our property since she has taken over. Malama has executed the usual Property Management responsibilities flawlessly but when she really shines, and earns in spades The Professionals very reasonable management fee is in the extra attention she pays to managing an investment property. Malama’s advise on how to spruce up the house and yard so as to make the best possible presentation to prospective tenants was excellent and I am convinced it has produced additional rent I as the owner of the property was after. This letter is to commend Malama Psarianos on her work as the PM for two properties we own in 2770. Since the purchase of the first property in 2011 Malama has been diligent and thorough in her efforts at managing the tenancies and coordinating maintenance on our behalf. Of late we’ve had quite a bit of turnover of tenants at the Lethbridge Park property. On each occasion Malama found tenants quickly and not only that – she made sure the tenants were of a decent calibre. She is also thorough with her inspections. Just as she expects a high standard in maintaining the property from us as land lords, she reciprocates that expectation from the tenants. On each occasion she has made sure the tenants left the house the way it was found. On more than one occasion she has taken time from her weekends to ‘drop by’ at the properties to check specific concerns of the tenants. We are grateful for these very personal efforts. Her relationship with tenants has also made sure that we could keep quality tenants over the long term – even in recent times where the market has been saturated with rental properties. Most recently Malama’s diligence has led us to identify some termite activity at the house. This was just after we had a professional inspecting the house for termites – who did not find any activity. Thanks to Malama we have potentially been saved from a situation that could have escalated well out of control. I hope Malama knows that we appreciate and value her efforts.
