I am writing to you in regards to one of your staff members by the name of Malama. I first met Malama when I applied for a rental property with your real estate, I was knocked back from several real estate agencies previously and at that point in my life I was recently divorced and had been made redundant from my employer. I moved back to my mother's house with my two children and found it had getting a rental property. I applied for a house through Professionals Real Estate but was unsuccessful. Upon receiving the news from Malama I had broken on the phone to her because I was finding it hard to find a rental property. Malama listened to me and cared about my situation, which I found very comforting. The next day I received a call from Malama stating that she had a house on the market that I should apply for. Malama went out of her way to support me any way she could to help me be successful with my application. During my time renting with your real estate Malama went out of her way to fix any problem that there was with the house and always made me feel like an important tenant. I believe that Malama is a great asset to your organisation and would not hesitate to rent with your real estate again under Malama. I hope Malama's contribution to your real estate does not go unnoticed. I am now back on my feet and have moved into a new house. Without Malama's support and generosity I don't think I would be where I am today (in a new house). I am forever thankful to Malama for what she has done for me and my family.
Terry and Staff, I would just like to thank you and all your staff for all their professional work ethic and great customer service. I spent close to seven years at 24 Milton Street Colyton, whenever I had a problem everything was handled promptly. The sales team always gave me plenty of notice and were always friendly and courteous. I really appreciated that Malama asked me to go to the outgoing inspection. She made me work for it though.The pool had leaves in it and I didn’t realize that I hadn’t raked up all the leaves. She got me to work while she was checking through the house. And thanks to you Terry for personally ringing me and notifying me that the house was being sold. Great personal service. Once again thank you.
Dear All, The time flies but the Team Professionals are there with you in the process of buying a property, managing the tenants, facilitating the sales. In a volatile business market that we see the fall of big financial institutes, it was an amazing journey for us over 10 years plus starting with the Australian Real Estate who then changed their name to the Solutions Real Estate who were then bought out by Professionals St Marys and finally selling our property through the Professionals St Mary. The journey was a very pleasant experience as we dealt with a team of professional and cheerful people who worked around the clock to look after our precious life time savings and capital investment. Rozi has been there managing since day one with Australian Real Estate and John O’Brien the Manager who kept in touch with us at milestones to ensure that we are happy with the process. Lisa managed the tenants very well over so many years and when she went on maternity leave there were other Professionals with the same nice personality and skills to deal with. And the recent sales experience with Yvonne was exceptional as we were supported throughout. Here is an example that speaks for itself. In response to our recent request, Yvonne replied by email sent at 11:20 pm: “Ill forward your request through to our account manager. Hope you are well was lovely to put a face to the voice :) speak soon, please let me know once you have received the information you require.” I would like to say thanks to the Team including people at the front desk all the way to the back office fellows who made this journey a joyful and safe business. Our Property Management team were very successful at the recent quarterly awards for the Professionals Group and congratulations to Yvonne Tseros for her sales award as well.
We would like to express our thanks for the management of our property over the years especially to our property manager Lisa Portelli for her great service and attention. We haven't really had any problems since Professionals took over the management. Regular property inspections and reports kept us up to date with the condition of the property and they were quick to act on any problems found. We have found them to be very professional in their approach and we would highly recommend them and especially Lisa to any prospective clients. Thanks again. It's been great working with you.
